ข้อ ๓ เครื่องบันทึกข้อมูลการเดินทาง

ข้อ ๓ เครื่องบันทึกข้อมูลการเดินทางของรถต้องสามารถทํางานผ่านโครงข่ายคมนาคมและต้อง มีคุณลักษณะ ดังต่อไปนี้

ข้อ ๔ เครื่องบันทึกข้อมูลการเดินทางของรถต้องมีระบบการทํางาน ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ต้องทํางานตลอดเวลาที่เครื่องยนต์ทํางานหรือรถเคลื่อนที่
(๒) สามารถทํางานให้เป็นไปตามคุณลักษณะที่กําหนดไว้ตามข้อ ๓ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและ สามารถจัดส่งข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้ ในลักษณะที่เป็นปัจจุบัน (Real time) ผ่านทางโครงข่ายโทรคมนาคม หรือ ระบบสารสนเทศให้กรมการขนส่งทางบกตามรูปแบบและเงื่อนไขที่กาํหนดไว้ท้ายประกาศนี้
