การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการศึกษาตามมาตรฐานการเรียนร่วมของโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยาเขต 1 ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ โรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม จำนวน 10 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็น ผู้บริหาร ครูที่รับผิดชอบงานการศึกษาพิเศษ ครูผู้สอนนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่อง และครูผู้สอนนักเรียนทั่วไป ที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) จำนวน 10 โรงเรียน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสอบถามสภาพการใช้มาตรฐานการเรียนร่วมของโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยาเขต 1 ซึ่งครอบคลุมใน 4 ด้าน คือ (1) ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน (2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน (3) ด้านบริหารจัดการเรียนร่วม และ (4) ด้านสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ นำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
สรุปผลการวิจัยได้ดังนี้ โรงเรียนสามารถปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการเรียนร่วมของโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนร่วมได้โดยง่ายในทุกด้าน สำหรับปัญหาและอุปสรรคทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีดังนี้ (1) ด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน พบว่า เด็กพิเศษมีพฤติกรรมรบกวนเพื่อน ส่งผลให้เด็กปกติขาดสมาธิในการเรียน (2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ครูมีภาระงานมาก อีกทั้งขาดความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการสอนเด็กพิเศษ (3) ด้านบริหารจัดการเรียนร่วม พบว่า คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องยังขาดความรู้เรื่องการจัดการเรียนร่วม และ (4) ด้านสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ไม่มีสถานที่ในการสร้างห้องสอนเสริมวิชาการและจัดการเรียนรู้นอกห้องเรียนสำหรับเด็กพิเศษ
