จากผลการวิจัยความพึงพอใจการเข้าพักอาศัยในหอพักมหาวิทยาลัยของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา พบว่านักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจด้านห้องพัก ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านกระบวนการจัดการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งผู้บริหารหอพักควรจะทำการปรับปรุง พัฒนา ในทุกๆด้านให้ดียิ่งขึ้นไปอีกเพื่อให้นักศึกษาในหอพักอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุขและร่วมกันพัฒนาหอพักของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาให้ดีมากยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป
