รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย (ฉบับชั่วคราว) พุทธศักราช 2557 เป็นรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ฉบับที่ 19 จัดร่างโดยคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ คณะผู้ยึดอำนาจการปกครองหลังรัฐประหาร เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2557 ซึ่งมีพลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา เป็นหัวหน้า ประกาศในราชกิจจาอุเบกขา เล่ม 131 ตอนที่ 55 ก ณ วันที่ 22 กรกฎาคม 2557 มี 48 มาตรา โดยหัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติเป็นผู้รับสนองพระบรมราชโองการ

รัฐธรรมนูญนี้มี 48 มาตรา

บทบัญญัติทั่วไป
