หมายเหตุ ระยะเวลาในการบริจาคโลหิตครั้งต่อไปคือ ผู้ชายสามารถบริจาคเลือดได้ 3 เดือน/ครั้ง และผู้หญิงสามารถบริจาคเลือดได้ 6 เดือน/ครั้ง ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ได้จัดโครงการบริจาคโลหิต ครั้งที่ 5 ไปแล้วเมื่อวันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2556
