หนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้น และลงนามโดยคู่สัญญา ทั้งสองฝ่าย ระหว่าง -------------------------------------------- ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ฝ่ายหนึ่ง กับ ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด เอ็ม.อาร์.เอ็น.เอเลเวเตอร์ แอนด์ เซอร์วิส สำนักงานตั้งอยู่ เลขที่ 62/150 หมู่ 2 ซอยสายไหม 48 ถนนสายไหม แขวงสายไหม เขตสายไหม กรุงเทพมหานคร 10220 ซึ่งต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า “ผู้รับจ้าง” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญากัน ดังมีข้อความต่อไปนี้


ข้อ 1) ผู้ว่าจ้างตกลงจ้าง และผู้รับจ้างตกลงรับจ้าง ติดตั้งลิฟต์กระจก ขนาดบรรทุก 550 กก .5 ชั้น 5 ประตู จำนวน 1 เครื่อง จัดหาเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์และสิ่งของสัมภาระที่ดี พร้อมทั้งแรงงานและช่างฝีมือ เพื่อติดตั้งลิฟต์ ซึ่งคู่สัญญาตกลงให้ถือว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญานี้

ข้อ 2 ) ผู้ว่าจ้างตกลงจ่ายค่าติดตั้งลิฟต์ เป็นจำนวนเงิน 1,200,000.00 บาท ( หนึ่งล้านสองแสนบาทถ้วน ) ราคาไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) 7% โดยกำหนดชำระเงินเป็น 2 งวด ดังนี้

งวดที่ 1 30% = 360,000.00 บาท (สามแสนหกหมื่นบาทถ้วน)แจ้งล่วงหน้า 1 เดือน ก่อนสั่งสินค้าเข้าหน้างาน
งวดที่ 2 70% = 840,000.00 บาท (แปดแสนสี่หมื่นบาทถ้วน) แจ้งก่อนล่วงหน้า 1 เดือน ก่อนส่งมอบงาน

ข้อ 3 ) ผู้รับจ้าง สัญญาว่าจะติดตั้งลิฟต์ดังกล่าวให้เสร็จภายในเวลา 45 วัน นับจากวันที่ผู้ว่าจ้างได้บอกกล่าวว่า
งานสร้างบ่อลิฟต์เสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว

ข้อ 4 ) (1) หลังจากส่งมอบลิฟต์แล้วหนึ่งเดือน ผู้รับจ้างสัญญาว่าจะเข้าซ่อมบำรุงตรวจสอบสภาพลิฟต์ให้อยู่ในสภาพดีและพร้อมใช้งานต่อไป ทุก ๆ เดือน จนครบ 12 ครั้ง ใน 1 ปี โดยจะไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้นจากผู้ว่าจ้าง
(2) ในกรณีที่ลิฟต์เสีย หรือใช้งานไม่ได้ ผู้รับจ้าง จะต้องเข้ามาทำการซ่อมแซม แก้ไข ให้ใช้งานได้ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง โดยไม่นับเป็น จำนวน ครั้ง ของการซ่อมบำรุงดัง ข้อ 1 ใน 4 ข้อ นี้
ข้อ 5 ) ปีที่ 2 ดูแลฟรี แต่ทางเจ้าของโครงการรับผิดชอบค่าเดินทางพร้อมที่พักให้

ข้อ 6 ) ปีที่ 3 เป็นต้นไป เจ้าของโครงการยินยอมจ่ายเพื่อเป็นการดูแลรักษา ปีละ 22,000 บาท ไม่รวมอะไหล่ลิฟต์





สัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นไว้เป็นสองฉบับ มีข้อความถูกต้องตรงกัน คู่สัญญาเข้าใจข้อความในสัญญา
เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานทั้งสองฝ่ายจึงได้ลงลายมือชื่อพร้อมทั้งประทับตราไว้ เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน ตามวัน เดือน ปี ที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น และต่างยึดถือสัญญานี้ไว้ ฝ่ายละหนึ่งฉบับ
