ประธานฯ ได้เสนอต่อที่ประชุมว่า จากผลการดำเนินงาน ในรอบบัญชี ปี 2555 บริษัทมีรายได้รวม 249.51 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้นจากปีก่อน เป็นอัตราร้อยละ 8.54 จึงเห็นสมควรเสนอให้ที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น พิจารณาอนุมัติจ่ายเงินโบนัสให้แก่คณะกรรมการรายละเอียดตามหนังสือเชิญประชุม หน้า 5 และกำหนดค่าตอบแทนกรรมการ สำหรับปี 2556 รายละเอียดตามหนังสือเชิญประชุม หน้า 6
ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณาแล้ว มีมติเป็นเอกฉันท์ ด้วยคะแนนเสียง ดังนี้
6.1 อนุมัติการจ่ายเงินโบนัสให้แก่คณะกรรมการ สำหรับปี 2555 จำนวน 550,000 บาท ตามที่เสนอ

6.2 อนุมัติกำหนดค่าตอบแทนกรรมการสำหรับปี 2556 จำนวน 663,500 บาทต่อเดือน ตามที่เสนอ
