เป็นงานประจำปีจัดขึ้นที่วัดโพธิ์ชัย (พระอารามหลวงชั้นตรี) มีการอัญเชิญหลวงพ่อพระใสลงมาจากพระอุโบสแล้วแห่รอบเมือง ในวันที่ 13 เมษายนเพื่อให้ประชาชนได้สรงน้ำ มีการทำบุญตักบาตรวันสงกรานต์ เฉลิมฉลองหลวงพ่อพระใสที่ศาลาหลวงพ่อพระใส วัดโพธิ์ชัย มีงานรื่นเริงการละเล่นพื้นเมือง การกีฬาท้องถิ่น และมหรสพ 5 วัน 5 คืน จนกระทั่งถึงวันที่ 18 เมษายน จึงได้อัญเชิญหลวงพ่อพระใสกลับขึ้นไปประดิษฐานยังพระอุโบสถตามเดิม ซึ่งทางจังหวัดได้จัดขึ้นทุกปี
