สัญญาว่าจ้างทำความสะอาด

สัญญาฉบับนี้ ทำ เมื่อ วันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2558 ณ บริษัท อบัคโค จำกัด ระหว่าง
ก. บริษัท อิโนอูเอกิ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 340 ถนนประชาอุทิศ แขวงดอนเมือง เขตดอนเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร 10210 ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้ว่าจ้าง " ฝ่ายหนึ่งกับ
ข. บริษัท อบัคโค จำกัด โดย นางสาว พรนภา จาลา ในฐานะกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจลงนาม สำนักงานตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 67/29 อาคารไดนาสตี้ คอมเพล็กซ์ ซอยลาดพร้าว 71 แขวงสะพานสอง เขตวังทองหลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร 10310 ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้รับจ้าง” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง
คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงทำสัญญากันมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1. “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ตกลงว่าจ้าง “ผู้รับจ้าง “ตกลงรับจ้างเหมาทำความสะอาดให้แก่ “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ณ ออฟฟิตสำนักงาน บริษัท อิโนอูเอกิ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ซึ่งต่อไปจะเรียกว่า “สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน”
ข้อ 2. ขอบเขต และ รายละเอียดของการทำงานที่จ้างปรากฏตามบันทึกข้อตกลงต่อท้ายสัญญาว่าจ้างทำ ความสะอาดที่แนบท้ายสัญญานี้
ข้อ 3. “ผู้รับจ้าง ตกลงจัดส่งพนักงานทำความสะอาดมาประจำ“สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน” เพื่อดูแลทำความสะอาด ตามข้อ 1. จำนวนและวันเวลาดังนี้
3.1 พนักงานทำความสะอาด จำนวน 1 คน เริ่มปฏิบัติงาน วันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2558
3.2 ปฎิบัติงาน วันจันทร์ – วันเสาร์ เวลา 8.00น. – 17.00น.
