การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบล ในเขตอำเภอเมืองอำนาจเจริญ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ 2. เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบล ในเขตอำเภอเมืองอำนาจเจริญ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3. เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน ของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบล ในเขตอำเภอเมืองอำนาจเจริญ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ ผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 208 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืน 208 ชุด หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ด้วยวิธีการของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของบุคลากรเทศบาลตำบล ในเขตอำเภอเมืองอำนาจเจริญ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงลำดับเกณฑ์ในการพิจารณาจากค่าเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย คือ การพัฒนาความสามารถของบุคคล ค่าตอบแทนที่เหมาะสมเป็นธรรม การบูรณาการทางสังคม ระเบียบข้อบังคับในการปฏิบัติงาน ความสมดุลระหว่างชีวิตกับการทำงาน การปฏิบัติงานในสังคม สิ่งแวดล้อมถูกสุขลักษณะและปลอดภัย และความก้าวหน้าและความมั่นคงในงาน ตามลำดับ
