บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพร้อมในด้านวิชาการ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านอาคารสถานที่ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพร้อมในแนวทางการจัดประสบการณ์สำหรับเด็กปฐมวัย เพื่อเข้าสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 ประชากรที่ศึกษาในการวิจัยได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย อำเภอวังโป่ง จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 16 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบตรวจสอบรายการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Means) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviations) การวิเคราะห์ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจักประสบการณ์เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเด็กปฐมวัยก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเพชรบูรณ์ เขต 1 พบว่า ระดับการจักประสบการณ์เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเด็กปฐมวัยก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3 อันดับ คือ ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ ด้านวิชาการ และด้านบุคลากร
1. ด้านวิชาการ พบว่า มีรูปภาพและโปสเตอร์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับประชาคมอาเซียน มีชุดธงประจำชาติของประชาคมอาเซียน 10 ประเทศ และมีหนังสือเกี่ยวกับประชาคมอาเซียน เช่น หนังสือนิทาน ฯลฯ
2. ด้านบุคลากร พบว่า ครูมีความสามารถใช้หนังสือ ตำราเรียนและสื่อที่เป็นภาษาต่างประเทศมาบูรณาการในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับประชาคมอาเซียน ครูมีความตระหนักและมีเจตคติที่ดีในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้สู่ประชาคมอาเซียน และครูมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับประชาคมอาเซียน
3. ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ห้องเรียนมีอากาศถ่ายเทสะดวก มีแสงสว่างเพียงพอและตกแต่งได้อย่างสวยงาม ติดภาพให้อยู่ในระดับสายตาที่เด็กปฐมวัยมองเห็น จัดมุมเสริมประสบการณ์หรือศูนย์การเรียนรู้ประชาคมอาเซียนเพิ่มเติมจากมุมเสริมประสบการณ์หรือศูนย์การเรียนรู้เดิม และจัดตกแต่งธงชาติประเทศอาเซียนตามอาคารเรียนและอาคารประกอบ

The teachers are aware and have good attitudes to learning experiences to ASEAN community. And there are teachers ' knowledge about ASEAN community. 3. in an environment conducive to learning found that classrooms are airy. There is sufficient lighting and beautifully decorated. Next to the photo eye that sees the primary children. Corner extra experience or learning center to further strengthen ASEAN community from experience or learning center and appointed flag of ASEAN countries, according to the school buildings and building components.
