ในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีปริมาณการใช้งานทั้งหมดครบก่อนอายุสัญญา (6,000 กก.ต่อเดือน x 12 เดือน x 7 ปี) สัญญาจะถูกนำมาพิจารณาเพื่อให้ได้ข้อสรุปจนเป็นที่พอใจของทั้งสองฝ่าย
