การละเมิดหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้

การละเมิดหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้ จะมีผลให้สัญญานี้ถูกยกเลิกทันที และฝ่ายจัดการจะหลุดพ้นจากข้อผูกพันใดๆ ในสัญญานี้ทันที (ยกเว้นการบอกเลิกสัญญาตามข้อ 9.1, 9.2)

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 1:

Violation or breach of this contract, this contract will be cancelled immediately and the management will be lifted from any obligation in the contract immediately (except to dismiss the contract according to article 9.1, 9.2)

ผลลัพธ์ (อังกฤษ) 2:

Violation or failure to comply with this agreement. This will result in the contract being canceled. And the management will be released from any obligations. In this agreement immediately (Except for termination under clause 9.1, 9.2).
