เนื่องจากเราเล็งเห็นว่า ปริมาณขยะในปัจจุบันเป็นปัญหาต่อสภาวะแวดล้อม ซึ่งเป็นผลเสียต่อสภาพแวดล้อม ทางผู้จัดทำได้นำปัญหานี้มาวิเคราะห์ และมีความคิดริเริ่มที่จะช่วยลดปริมาณและการทำลายขยะที่มีอยู่ จึงทำให้เกิดเป็นโครงงานสิ่งประดิษฐ์จากเศษวัสดุเหลือใช้คือ รถพลังลูกโป่ง ซึ่งนอกจากจะเป็นการนำวัสดุเหลือใช้มาใช้แล้วยังสามารถนำไปเป็นของเล่นพัฒนาความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเด็กได้อีกด้วย
