บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้สนใจศึกษาการปรับรุงคุณภาพน้ำดิบสำหรับบริโภคในภาวะฉุกเฉินของ สภากาชาดไทย ในขั้นตอนการตกตะกอนโดยทำการเปรียบเทียบสารตัวเร่งการตกตะกอน 2 ชนิด ได้แก่ Ferric Chloride และ Ply Aluminium Chloride ที่ความเข้มข้น 10 มิลลิกรัมต่อน้ำ 1 ลิตร
จากการศึกษาพบว่าน้ำที่ผ่านกระบวนการตกตะกอนมีคุณภาพใกล้เคียงกัน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์พบว่า Poly Aluminium Chloride มีปริมาณต้นทุนถูกว่า 0.057 บาทต่อน้ำ 1 ลิตร และมีข้อได้เปรียบกว่าคือ Poly Aluminium Chloride ไม่มีผลกระทบกับสิ่งแวดล้อม
