งานวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการไม่บริโภคผัก ในนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนวัดราชโอรส ในเรื่องของ รสชาติ กลิ่น สีสิ่งแวดล้อมต่างๆ เช่น ผู้ปกครอง รวมถึงเพื่อน ที่เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญของพฤติกรรมการบริโภค
