Use daily target that each plant already set. You have to use QTY out put on 8Hr only not include OT. To measure each supervisor A &B . Use QTY pcs to talk compare with daily target. Don’t care about who will choose part that high QTY. Is not all time to choose. So this is Production MGR & Production Supv in job to clear this Problem in production department. Cause they will prove this 2 shifts supervisor by evident not feeling.
