ขณะนี้ได้พบ Virus Computer แพร่ระบาดในระบบ Computer ของบริษัทฯผ่านการรับส่ง Email
จึงขอแจ้งให้พนักงานทุกท่าน โปรดระมัดระวังในการรับส่ง Email โดย Virus ที่พบในระบบ Computer
ของบริษัทฯจะมี ลักษณะการทำงานของคือจะส่ง Email พร้อม File แนบที่เป็นลักษณะ Zip file (บีบอัดข้อมูล) และมี Subject ที่ข้อความ เช่น invoce from custumer,fax to you,payment slip โดยส่งจากผู้จากต่างประเทศ หากพบมี Email ที่มีลักษณะดังกล่าวห้ามมิให้เปิด File ข้อมูล และโปรดแจ้งแผนกไอที เพื่อทำการตรวจสอบ
ซึ่ง Virus ดังกล่าวจะเข้าไปถึงการเข้ารหัส Data file(Encryption) ทั้งหมดที่มีอยู่ในเครื่องและ Map Drive ที่ต่อเชื่อมกับเครื่องนั้นอยู่(ข้อมูลใน File Server)ทำ file ทุก file ที่ถูกเข้ารหัสไม่สามารถเปิดใช้งานได้ ปัจจุบันยังไม่มี Program ที่สามารถถอดรหัสได้
ลักษณะการทำงานของ Virus จะเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตลอดเวลา ดังนั้นเพื่อเป็นการป้องกันหากพนักงานท่านใดได้รับ Email ที่มีลักษณะไม่คุ้นเคยหรือจากบุคคลที่ไม่เคยติดต่อ โปรดระมัดระวังในการเปิด Email ฉบับนั้นหรือถ้าท่านไม่แน่ใจ โปรดติดต่อแผนกไอที
ทั้งนี้ทางแผนกไอที จะทำการปิด USB Port ที่เครื่อง Computer ทุกเครื่องที่อยู่ในบริษัทฯตั้งแต่วันที่ 22 มกราคม 2558 เพื่อเป็นการป้องกัน virus แพร่ระบาดอีกทางหนึ่งด้วย ถ้าหากพนักงานท่านใดประสงค์จะใช้งาน USB Port กรุณาติดต่อแผนกไอที
