3) การเคลื่อนไหวและการเปลี่ยนแปลง ดังกล่าวนั้น มิใช่เป็นการเคลื่อนไหวเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างส่งเดช แต่หากเป็นการเคลื่อนไหวเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมีกฎเกณฑ์ที่เรียกกันว่า กฎแห่งธรรมชาติ (Laws of Natires)
