I would like to send my roster from February to April for your consideration. Please kindly find in attached file ka.

I am as a NAI crew, have been roster change effect since February. I do understand the company situation and I believe that all NAI crews understand it and we would like to help company go through this situation. Meanwhile we as a NAI crew are suffering and concerning about our roster in the next few months(April and May) according to our income depend on flight pay.

In March, many NAI crews have only one flight (two sectors) to Oslo/Aranda and layover for 24 hours. My roster has one flight to ARN, layover for 2 nights in total(my salary is under 30K) and it will continuously in April and May which can not cover monthly expenses. You will see big different income between NLH and NAI crews.
