จากการได้เข้าฝึกสหกิจศึกษา ณ บริษัท อีเกิลส์ แอร์ แอนด์ ซี (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด แผนก IT งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายทั้งหมดแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ดังนี้ ส่วนแรกคือ การดำเนินงานในส่วนของโครงงาน พัฒนาระบบการจัดการส่วนต่างๆของพนักงานในบริษัทบนเว็บไซต์ โดยใช้ภาษา Visual Basic ใน ASP.NET 2.0 โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 และเชื่อมต่อฐานข้อมูลผ่าน Microsoft Access 2007 ในการพัฒนา โดยเว็บไซต์นี้เป็นเว็บไซต์ที่สามารถจัดการกับข้อมูลต่างๆของพนักงาน เช่นการแจ้งการลา, การแจ้งการปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่, การขอทำงานล่วงเวลา , การดูเวลาการมาทำงานเป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีส่วนของ Admin ที่สามารถเพิ่มเติมในส่วนของพนักงาน และAdmin สามารถจัดการในบางส่วนของพนักงานได้ด้วย โดยสิ่งที่รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติคือ พัฒนาเว็บไซต์ แก้ไขและเพิ่มเติมการทำงานของเว็บไซต์เข้าไป เพื่อให้ตอบสนองกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และเนื่องจากเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าวมีข้อผิดพลาด ซึ่งข้อผิดพลาดดังกล่าวส่งผลให้การทำงานของหน้าเว็บในบางหน้าไม่สามารถทำงานได้ปกติ ดังนั้นจึงต้องทำการแก้ไข และพัฒนา เว็บไซต์ดังกล่าวให้สามารถทำงานได้ตามปกติ ส่วนที่สองเป็นส่วนของการดำเนินงานระหว่างการทำโครงงาน โดยได้รับมอบหมายให้สร้างเว็บไซต์ขึ้นมาใหม่ โดยความต้องการของเว็บไซต์ดังกล่าว ให้มีความสามารถเหมือนกับ โปรแกรม WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) ที่ซึ่งรันบน Web Form โดยโปรแกรมดังกล่าวเป็นโปรแกรมที่ทำหน้าที่จัดการระบบคลังสินค้า
ผลที่ได้รับคือสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นกับ Website ของระบบการจัดการ E-HR ให้สามารถทำงานได้ปกติสามารถตอบสนองผู้ใช้ได้ตามความต้องการ และเพิ่มเติมการทำงานตามวัตถุประสงค์ของผู้ใช้
