สาเหตุ : น้ำป้อนเข้า RO มีค่าคลอรีนสูง (Cl2 > 0.1 ppm) มีผลทำให้เมมเบรนรั่ว (เกิดการอ็อกซิไดซ์ที่ผิวเมมเบรน)
การแก้ไข:
ชั่วคราว: Alt#1 ให้ บ.LPE ช่วยจัดหาและติดตั้งเมมเบรน  ไม่สามารถดำเนินการให้ได้เนื่องจาก SMBTL ยังไม่แก้ปัญหาเรื่อง Cl2 เกิน
Alt#2 สั่งซื้อเมมเบรนใหม่จาก บ.LPE  รอใบเสนอราคา ประมาณ 360,000 บาท (20,000 x 18)
ถาวร: แยกระบบท่อน้ำป้อนเข้า RO กับน้ำ Service เพื่อแก้ปัญหาค่า Cl2 เกิน
