บทคัดย่อ
การฝึกงาน ณ สำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ จังหวัดนครปฐมครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานภาคสนามของนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 4 สาขาพัฒนาสังคม คณะรัฐศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เพื่อนำความรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่ได้ศึกษาเรียนรู้มาในภาคทฤษฎี มาประยุกต์ใช้กับการปฏิบัติงานในสถานการณ์จริงโดยนิสิตได้ปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละส่วน ได้แก่ กลุ่มนโยบายและวิชาการ กลุ่มการพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ และฝ่ายบริหารงานทั่วไป โดยส่วนใหญ่แล้วจะได้รับมอบหมายงานด้านธุรการ เช่น ถ่ายเอกสาร พิมพ์งาน รับ-ส่งหนังสือ และงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากองค์กร มีการออกปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่เป็นครั้งคราวในเรื่องของการช่วยเหลือผู้พิการ และผู้ประสบปัญหาทางสังคม เป็นต้น
โครงการที่เป็นจุดเด่นของการฝึกงานครั้งนี้ คือ โครงการรู้เขา รู้เรา พร้อมก้าวสู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ซึ่งถูกจัดขึ้นโดยวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือในการนำเสนอข้อมูลต่างๆเกี่ยวกับประเทศอาเซียน เช่น ผู้นำประเทศ ที่ตั้ง สกุลเงิน ชุดประจำชาติ และคำทักทายของแต่ละประเทศ เป็นต้น โครงการนี้จะช่วยให้ประชานชนได้รับความรู้เรื่องประชาคมอาเซียนขั้นพื้นฐาน เป็นการเตรียมรับมือกับการเข้ามาของประชาคมอาเซียนในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2558 นี้ โดยการจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้ จากการสังเกตการณ์ พบว่า มีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมเป็นจำนวนมาก และจากจำนวนของผู้ลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม พบว่ามีผู้ที่ให้ความสนใจมากกว่าเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ ถือว่าเป็นโครงการที่ได้รับความสนใจจากประชาชนทุกคนเป็นอย่างมาก
จากการฝึกงาน ณ สำนักงานพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ จังหวัดนครปฐม ผู้ฝึกงานได้เรียนรู้ทักษะและได้รับประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น ได้รับการเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในเรื่องของการสร้างมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ต่อผู้อื่น เพราะมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อเพื่อนร่วมงานสามารถช่วยป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาในการทำงาน และสิ่งสำคัญคือได้เรียนรู้ว่า ในฐานะที่เป็นนักพัฒนาสังคม เมื่อทำงานในองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงมนุษย์ เราต้องสามารถช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น ทำงานเพื่อผู้อื่น และต้องมีความอดทน มีความรอบคอบ ใฝ่หาความรู้เพื่อนำมาเพิ่มพูนทักษะในการทำงานอยู่เสมอ
