ตามที่ท่านได้ติดต่อให้ทางบริษัทฯ เสนอบริการจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัท บริษัทฯรู้สึกเป็นเกียรติและขอขอบคุณที่ท่านได้ให้ความไว้วางใจเป็นผู้เสนองาน ทั้งนี้บริษัทฯใคร่ขอเรียนให้ทราบถึงขอบเขตและแนวทางปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทฯ ตลอดจนค่าธรรมเนียมบริการที่จะเรียกเก็บ ดังนี้

1. ขอบข่ายงานบริการจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริษัท
• บริการจัดเตรียมแบบฟอร์มจดทะเบียน
• บริการจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งบริคณห์สนธิและจดตั้งบริษัทที่กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า
• บริการจดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม กรมสรรพากร
• บริการให้คำปรึกษาทางด้านจดทะเบียน
• บริการรับส่งเอกสาร

2. ค่าบริการ
- ค่าบริการในส่วนกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า จำนวน 6,000.- บาท
- ค่าบริการในส่วนกรมสรรพากร จดภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม จำนวน 6,000.- บาท
(ราคาดังกล่าวไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และไม่รวมค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น ตามใบเสร็จรับเงิน)







3. ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริง(โดยประมาณ)
ค่าธรรมเนียมราชการและบริคณห์สนธิ 45,600 บาท
ค่าทนายความ 1,000 บาท
ค่าคัดเอกสาร 500 บาท
ค่าอากร 200 บาท
รวม 47,300 บาท
(กรณีทุนจดทะเบียน 9,100,000.- บาท)

**เงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน - ชำระงวดแรก 50% ของค่าบริการจดทะเบียน และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริงทั้งหมด
เมื่อจัดเตรียมเอกสารเสร็จนำส่งเพื่อเซ็นต์ชื่อ
- ส่วนที่เหลือ 50% ของค่าบริการชำระหลังจากส่งมอบเอกสารการจดทะเบียน
- ค่าบริการจัดเตรียมเอกสาร 2,000 บาท (กรณียกเลิกบริการภายหลัง)
