การวิจัยเรื่อง ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการเป็นหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับความสำเร็จของการเป็นหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 2)ปัญหา อุปสรรค ในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 3)แนวทางในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ สมาชิกหมู่บ้านหนองแวง หมู่ 4 ตำบล นาฝาย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำนวน คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 100 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยล่ะ(Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation) และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหพันธ์เพียร์สัน(Pearson Correlation Coeffcient (r) หรือ Pearson’s Product Correlation Coefficient)
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการเป็นหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ของหมู่บ้านหนองแวง หมู่ 4 ตำบล นาฝาย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชัยภูมิ มี 5 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยี ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ด้านผู้นำหมู่บ้าน ด้านการสนับสนุนของรัฐ โดยภาพรวมของ 5 ปัจจัย มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการเป็นหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และ 0.05
ในการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงให้มีความก้าวหน้าควรต้องมีความร่วมมือกันระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐ และหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ตลอดจนฝ่ายจัดการ คือ ผู้นำหมู่บ้านซึ่งมีส่วนผลักดันและสนับสนุนให้สมาชิกในหมู่บ้านดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และสมาชิกในหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงก็ต้องมีส่วนร่วม ในการศึกษาและค้นหาปัญหาของหมู่บ้าน มีส่วนร่วมในการวิเคราะห์และจัดลำดับความสำคัญของปัญหาของหมู่บ้าน มีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนพัฒนาหมู่บ้าน มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาหมู่บ้าน และมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามประเมินผลงานพัฒนาหมู่บ้าน อย่างต่อเนื่อง ดังนั้น สมาชิกในหมู่บ้านเป็นส่วนสำคัญอย่างมากที่จะผลักดันให้หมู่บ้านประสบความสำเร็จ และความร่วมมือของทุกฝ่าย เป็นแรงสำคัญที่จะพัฒนาให้เป็นหมู่บ้านเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่ยั่งยืน
