1.ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านหนองไม้แก่น มีครูทั้งหมด 2 คน แม่บ้าน 1 คน หัวหน้าศูนย์ฯชื่อ นางสุดใจ สัมมาพิทักษ์เป็นหัวหน้าศูนย์มีหน้าที่ทำเอกสารต่างๆ และดูแลเด็กและครูณัฐธิดา คำภูอ่อน มีหน้าที่ดูแลและสอนเด็กส่วนแม่บ้านชื่อ นางอวยพร แสนธิ
2.ศูนย์บ้านหนองไม้แก่นมีครูทั้งหมด 2 คน หัวหน้าศูนย์ฯชื่อ นางกัญยา นาคพูล.มีหน้าที่ทำเอกสารต่างๆ และดูแลเด็ก ครูอีก 1 คน ชื่อนางสาววันทนา สมัครเขตการ มีหน้าที่ดูแลและสอนเด็ก
3.ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านจัน มีครูทั้งหมด 2 คน หัวหน้าศูนย์ฯชื่อ นางสาวฐิติญา นนท์ปานกุล มีหน้าที่ทำเอกสารต่างๆ และดูแลเด็ก ครูอีก 1 คน ชื่อนางสายสุนี ศรีเดช หรือตัวดิฉันเอง มีหน้าที่ดูแลและสอนเด็ก
งานในแต่ละวันคือการพาเด็กทำกิจกรรม 6 หลัก คือ
1.กิจกรรมเคลื่อนไหวและจังหวะ
2.กิจกรรมเสริมประสบการณ์
3.กิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์
4.กิจกรรมเสรี
5.กิจกรรมกลางแจ้ง
6.กิจกรรมเกมการศึกษา
จะมีการเล่านิทานในแต่ละวันซึ่งเด็กๆ จะชอบมาก เด็กๆ จะรับประทานอาหารช่วงกลางวัน และนอนหลับช่วงเที่ยงวัน เวลาบ่าย 3 โมง ผู้ปกครองจะมารับกลับบ้าน
