การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนด้วยการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดห้องเรียนกลับทาง (Flipped Classroom) 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดห้องเรียนกลับทาง (Flipped Classroom) กับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดห้องเรียนกลับทาง (Flipped Classroom)
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนประชาสงเคราะห์วิทยา จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน 41 คน ซึ่งได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (purposive selection) โดยมีเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดห้องเรียนกลับทาง (Flipped Classroom) เรื่อง ระบบสมการ ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 6 แผน 10 ชั่วโมง 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน เรื่อง ระบบสมการ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 แบบปรนัย 4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 10 ข้อ โดยทดสอบก่อนและหลังสิ้นสุดกระบวนการทดลอง 3) แบบแสดงความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดห้องเรียนกลับทาง (Flipped Classroom) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (One Groups Pretest - Posttest design)
