ข้อ 9 เมื่อผู้เช่าต้องการย้ายออกจากห้องที่เช่าหรือคืนห้องให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่า จะต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรแก่ผู้ให้เช่าเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน
