ผู้วิจัยได้ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน คือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ข้อมูลการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ และพฤติกรรมการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือและนำแบบสอบถามไปใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
