The option was one vessel two vessel or three vessel system.
The system would be able to work with CO2, mi CO2/N2 or pure N2as processing gas.

The Nitrogen generating system as it now is exist of five parts and is able to generate Nitorgen Gas.
First part
• Air compressor and the Han Filter
• This is the part to get compressed dry air of a pressure of around 0.84 MPA

Second part
• The N2 Generator this is the part to generate nitrogen of or above 99.9%

Third part
• Blue Tank of 5000 liter this is a buffer to store 5000 liter Nitorgen made by the generator to feed the Booster.

Forth Part
• Booster is to boost the nitrogen pressure to 50 BarG

Firth Part
• Red Tank is to store 1000 liter of nitrogen.
• This tank is the buffer for the Nitrogen needed in the vessels

Production vessels
The production vessels have a capacity of 3 ton rise each. And given was that 1 ton rice is equal to a volume 1.2 m3. Based on this the vessel have a storage capacity of 3600 liter rice.
The head volume of the vessel is about 112 liter each.

The total volume of a vessel is about 3850 liter (3.85 m3).
Based on this needed is about 250 liter nitrogen at 50 bar to fill the tank space. Then the rice shrinking at 50 BarG was given of 200 liter. Making it 450 liter.

After the start-up and first cycle the plan in the design is that the reclaim booster empty the vessel that has processed the rice under 50 BarG and boost this in to the vessel with the new load of rice. The missing pressure would be topped u from the now called Red tank and t the booster that are connected to the Nitrogen Generator. And this cycle would repeat itself every time.

Beware that there are still missing pats to meet the original design. Parts like the reclaim booster that supposed to transport the processing gas volume from one tank to another tank. This reclaim booster that would have to empty one tank in to another is the missing. We have the booster that has to top up the pressure.
In the current state we are using the top up booster to do both top up and also make the volume that the reclaim booster should have done. The decision not to have parts installed in January 2015 are made by URMATT in November 2014. Told to me was that these missing part would become available after the installation of the two vessel and that system would run on 24 BarG till then.
URMATT innovation vehicle would be made and this would be finished the vessel would belong to the new URMATT Innovation vehicle.
