สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหานี้ ได้แก่ 1. เกิดจากความไม่เท่าเทียม 2.เกิดจากภัยธรรมชาติ
3. เกิดจากร่างกายผิดปกติไม่สามารถทำงานได้ 4. เกิดจากการว่างงาน และ 5. เกิดจากการศึกษา
