​ ข้าพเจ้าในนามกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ โรงเรียนชาติตระการวิทยา มีความยินดีและขอบพระคุณเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ที่ท่านได้ให้เกียรติมาเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน กิจกรรม Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Fantasy ประจำปีการศึกษา 2558 โรงเรียนชาติตระการวิทยา
​ วันคริสต์มาส 25 ธันวาคมของทุกปี เป็นวันสำคัญวันหนึ่ง คือวันฉลองวันประสูติของพระเยซู ผู้เป็นศาสดาสูงสุดของชาวคริสต์ทั่วโลก กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศโรงเรียนชาติตระการวิทยา จึงได้จัดฉลองวันคริสต์มาส เพื่อให้บุคลากรทุกฝ่ายได้ทราบถึงประวัติความเป็นมาของวันคริสต์มาส ร่วมฉลองในวันที่พระเยซูเจ้าลงมาเกิด และเปิดโอกาสให้ทุกคนได้มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ประเพณีของการฉลองคริสต์มาสที่มีความเป็นมาดังกล่าวนี้ ควรเป็นสิ่งที่ชักจูงเราให้เปี่ยมไปด้วยความรักและพร้อมที่จะรับใช้ผู้อื่นอย่างเต็มที่
​ ในปีนี้ โรงเรียนโรงเรียนชาติตระการวิทยา ได้ร่วมจัดงานวันคริสต์มาสขึ้น ในวันพุธ ที่ 30 ธันวาคม 2558 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้
1. เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้ทราบถึงประวัติความเป็นมาของวันคริสต์มาส
2. เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้คณะครูและนักเรียนได้สนุกสนานรื่นเริง
3. เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ครู และนักเรียน
​ 4. เพื่อให้นักเรียนมีเจตคติที่ดีต่อวิชาภาษาอังกฤษ
​ 5. เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้แสดงความสามารถ กล้าแสดงออก และมีความสามัคคี
​ซึ่งกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศได้จัดกิจกรรม ดังนี้
1. การประกวดแข่งขันการ์ดอวยพร
2. การประกวดแข่งขันหมวกแฟนซี
3. การประกวดแข่งขันวาดภาพระบายสี ในหัวข้อ My Christmas
4. การประกวดแข่งขัน Lip sing and Cover Dance
5. การประกวดแข่งขัน Mister Santa and Miss Santy
6. การประกวดแข่งขัน Snow Man
7. การแข่งขันตอบคำถามวันคริสต์มาส
ทั้งนี้ได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้บริหาร คณะครู และนักเรียน โดยร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่แสดงถึงความสามารถของนักเรียน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีกิจกรรมที่เปิดโอกาสให้ครู และ
นักเรียน ได้ร่วมเล่นกันอย่างมีความสุขและสนุกสนานเนื่องในเทศกาลวันคริสต์มาส ส่งท้ายปีเก่าต้อนรับปีใหม่
