หากนายจ้างเห็นสมควรให้ทำงานในตำแหน่งอื่นด้วย หรืออาจให้ทำหน้าที่อื่นควบคู่กับหน้าที่หลักด้วย หรือเปลี่ยนหน้าที่หลักด้วย ลูกจ้างยินดีจะปฏิบัติตามที่นายจ้างให้ดำเนินการนั้นทั้งสิ้น
