ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นวัตกรรมสร้างสรรค์ทางสังคมของโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา ทั้ง 3 องค์ประกอบ มีลักษณะดังนี้
