Tah advised me this morning she was asked to take time off work to be a guide to take the American dentist visitor (s) to Doi Chang. Was there a problem with this Dr John not being able to find the village or what exactly was the need?
Yesterday I loaded books and bookcases from Calgary to go to Vancouver. The container will be bought for the village to convert to a building and Rotary have agreed to send another one next year. I need to check that once clear of customs the village can arrange the delivery to Doi Chang?
It is a 40 foot Hi Cube container so needs a special truck. Perhaps Rotary Chiang Mai South club can advise if needed as the papers from here are to BKK only. I have the Consul General writing papers to speed it through.
