ผู้เข้าร่วมค้าทั้งหลาย จะต้องเข้ามีส่วนร่วมในสิทธิและความรับผิดชอบที่เกิดขึ้นหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่ม ตลอดจนผลขาดทุนใด ๆ ทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องจะเป็นดังต่อไปนี้
