วิธีการทำขนมจีบ
ส่วนผสม
- แผ่นเกี๊ยว 20 แผ่น
- เนื้อหมูบดละเอียด 200 กรัม
- กระเทียม 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- พริกไทย 1 ช้อนชา
- รากผักชี 1 ช้อนชา
- ซีอิ้วขาว 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- ซอสแม็กกี้ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- น้ำตาลทราย 1 ช้อนชา
- ผักชีเด็ดเป็นใบ 20 ใบ
- พริกชี้ฟ้าแดงหั่นเป็นเส้น 1 เม็ด

วิธีทำ
- นำรากผักชี พริกไทย กระเทียม โขลกรวมกันให้ละเอียด
- นำเนื้อหมูผสมกับเครื่องที่โขลก ผสมให้เข้ากัน ปรุงรสด้วยซีอิ้วขาว ซอสแม็กกี้ น้ำตาลทรายให้เข้ากัน
- นำแผ่นเกี๊ยวห่อส่วนผสมของเนื้อหมู นำใส่ถ้วยตะไลเล็ก ตกแต่งปากถ้วยด้วยกรรไกรให้เรียบร้อย วางใบผักชีและพริกชี้ฟ้า
- นำขนมจีบเรียงใส่หม้อซึ้ง นึ่งไฟปานกลางประมาณ 15–20 นาที ยกลงกินคู่กับน้ำจิ้ม

- ซีอิ้วดำ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- ซีอิ้วขาว 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- น้ำส้ม 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
- น้ำตาลทราย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
วิธีทำ
- นำส่วนผสมทุกอย่างรวมกัน ตั้งไฟ พอเดือดยกลง
Tip : เวลานึ่งขนมจีบ ให้พรมน้ำก่อน เพื่อไม่ให้ขนมจีบแข็งกระด้าง
