ช้างแมมมอธ หรือ แมมมอธ (อังกฤษ: Mammoth) เป็นสัตว์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมตระกูลช้างที่อาศัยอยู่ในยุคน้ำแข็งเมื่อกว่า 20,000 ปีก่อน จัดอยู่ในวงศ์ Elephantidae เช่นเดียวกับช้างที่ยังดำรงเผ่าพันธุ์มาจนถึงปัจจุบัน โดยอยู่ในสกุล Mammuthus จำแนกออกได้ทั้งหมด 9 ชนิด (ดูในตาราง)
