4.6 ภายใต้บังคับข้อ 4.4 ข้อความใด ๆ ในสัญญา เอกสารแนบท้ายสัญญา ข้อมูล เอกสารใด ๆ หรือวัสดุใด ๆ ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ในรูปแบบใด ซึ่งผู้รับฝากได้รับจากผู้ฝากเพื่อการทำงานตามสัญญานี้ ผู้รับฝากตกลงรักษาไว้เป็นความลับ ผู้รับฝากจะไม่กระทำเองหรือร่วมกับบุคคลใดในการนำข้อมูลลับไปใช้ ไม่ว่าเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ใด ๆ หรือเปิดเผยหรือเผยแพร่ข้อมูลลับ หรือเอกสารของผู้ฝากไม่ว่าโดยวิธีการใด ๆ เว้นเสียแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ฝาก
