การค้นคว้าแบบอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสุขในการทำงานของบุคลากรสำนักงานศาลปกครองเชียงใหม่ โดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลจากบุคลากรสำนักงานศาลปกครองเชียงใหม่ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 109 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบตอบด้วยตนเอง (Self – Administered Ouestionnaire) ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอถามระดับความคิดเห็นที่ก่อให้เกิดความสุขในการทำงาน ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมได้มาตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ และได้ผลการศึกษา สรุปผล อภิปรายผล และข้อเสนอแนะและได้ผลการศึกษาสามารถสรุปผล
