อำนาจหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการบริหารผังเมืองเฉพาะ
ให้คณะกรรมการบริหารผังเมืองเฉพาะมีอำนาจหน้าที่ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) พิจารณาและสั่งการเกี่ยวกับการจัดที่ดินของเอกชนเพื่อใช้เป็นที่อุปกรณ์ตามผังเมืองเฉพาะ
(๒) อนุมัติการยกที่อุปกรณ์ให้เป็นที่สาธารณสมบัติของแผ่นดิน
(๓) พิจารณาและสั่งการเกี่ยวกับการรื้อ ย้าย หรือดัดแปลงอาคารที่จะต้องรื้อ ย้าย หรือดัดแปลงตามผังเมืองเฉพาะ
(๔) พิจารณาวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์ที่ยื่นต่อคณะกรรมการบริหารผังเมืองเฉพาะ
(๕) ดำเนินการอื่นใดตามอำนาจหน้าที่ซึ่งมีบัญญัติไว้ในพระราชบัญญัติ
