Dear Natasha

I have to thank you for the after sales service to the customers.
Of the mattress you've got to repairing and replacement for me,I got my mattress
on Thursday (9/10/14).After repairing mattress

1.I've tried after repairing, I still feel pain on the body and not comfortable,
I don't know maybe too soft for me.

2.After repairing mattress the condition of mattress is not good.
I want let you know threads came out after repairing.There are a lot of marks,dirty in my mattress.As i bought it new one .I am not happy my mattress looks ugly and dirt.

Cause I'm a concern very seriously.
