ข้อ 3. ระยะเวลาในการซ่อมแซมดังกล่าว ตาม ข้อ 1. ถึงข้อ 5. ลูกหนี้จะทำการซ่อมแซมให้แล้วเสร็จภายในระยะเวลา 1 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 7 มิถุนายน 2558 ถึงวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2558
ข้อ 2.กรณีที่ลูกหนี้ผิดนัดไม่สามารถซ่อมแซมแล้วเสร็จตาม ข้อ 3. ลูกหนี้ตกลงจะชำระค่าปรับการซ่อมแซมล่าช้าให้แก่เจ้าหนี้ เป็นจำนวนเงินวันละ 1,000บาท(หนึ่งพันบาทถ้วน) จนกว่างานซ่อมแซมดังกล่าวจะแล้วเสร็จ โดยลูกหนี้จะต้องไม่ซ่อมแซมงานดังกล่าวล่าช้าเกิน 15 วัน หากล่าช้าเกินกว่า 15 วัน เจ้าหนี้มีสิทธิบอกเลิกการสัญญาฉบับนี้ และเรียกให้ลูกหนี้ชำระหนี้ค่าเช่าทั้งหมดตาม“ สัญญาเช่า ” โดยพลันพร้อมกับมีสิทธิคิดดอกเบี้ยผิดนัดในอัตราร้อยละ15 ต่อปีนับแต่วันมีการบอกเลิกบันทึกข้อตกลงนี้
