บทคัดย่อ

สืบเนื่องจากกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม มีนโยบายที่มุ่งส่งเสริมให้นักออกแบบแฟชั่นไทยก้าวไกลระดับอาเซียน โดยเน้นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักออกแบบ ทางด้านความคิด ความสามารถในเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อขยายผลงานด้วยการสร้างแบรนด์สินค้า ให้เป็นอุตสาหกรรมหนึ่งที่สามารถทำรายได้ให้กับประเทศ และให้สินค้าเป็นที่รู้จักแก่กลุ่มประเทศอาเซียน
ด้วยเหตุผลดังกล่าวข้างต้น ชี้ให้เห็นว่าการออกแบบสภาพแวดล้อมภายในศูนย์การเรียนรู้ด้านการออกแบบแฟชั่น จะมีส่วนในการช่วยพัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถให้กับนักออกแบบ ดังนั้นจึงเป็นที่มาของการศึกษาโครงการเสนอแนะออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมภายในศูนย์การเรียนรู้การออกแบบแฟชั่นแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อเป็นแหล่งพัฒนาความสามารถของนักออกแบบแฟชั่นให้ก้าวไกลสู่ระดับสากล และเป็นแหล่งศึกษาค้นคว้าให้ความรู้เพิ่มเติมแก่ นักเรียน นักศึกษา นักออกแบบแฟชั่นและผู้สนใจด้านแฟชั่น อีกทั้งเป็นผลักดันสังคมไทยให้เป็นสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ โดยการศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การเรียนรู้ และแฟชั่นแล้วนำมาวิเคาระห์เพื่อปรับใช้กับโครงการภายใต้แนวความคิด "ผ้าไหมไทยสู่สากล" เพื่อสงเสริมนโยบายของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และสร้างบรรยายการของการเรียนรู้แบบใหม่ ที่สามารถเล่นแล้วเกิดความรู้ในเวลาเดียวกัน ด้วยเหตุผลดังกล่าวข้างต้นแสดงให้เห็นว่าการมีศูนย์การเรียนรู้ด้านการออกแบบแฟชั่นจะเกิดประโยชน์กับนักออกแบบในการพัฒนาความสามารถ ทางความคิดในการต่อยอดผลงาน และการสร้างแบร์นสินค้าไทยสู่สากลอย่างมีคุณภาพ
