สวัสดี ทุกๆคน ฉันชื่อ ปริญดา ตุลา เป็นตัวแทนจากชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3/6 วันนี้ฉันจะพูดเรื่อง วัยรุ่นไทยเพื่อประชาธิปไตยและการทุจริต ทุกวันนี้มีปัญหาการทุจริตเกิดมากขึ้นในสังคมไทย ฉันจึงจะมากล่าวว่า ประชาธิปไตยคืออะไร การทุจริตคืออะไร และแก้ปัญหาอย่างไร
ประชาธิปไตย หมายถึง คือแนวคิดที่เชื่อว่าประชาชนมีสิทธิที่จะปกครองตนเอง ซึ่งแตกต่างจากแนวคิดก่อนหน้า ที่เชื่อว่าประชาชนมีชีวิตอยู่เพื่อเสริมสร้างบารมีหรือความมั่งคั่งให้กับกษัตริย์ หรือมีชีวิตตามความต้องการของพระเจ้า การเปลี่ยนกระบวนทัศน์นี้เป็นผลจากยุคแสงสว่าง และ การทุจริต หมายถึง เพื่อแสวงหาประโยชน์ที่มิควรได้โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายสำหรับตนเองหรือผู้อื่น
คนในสังคมต้องมีค่านิยมในการรักความดีและรู้สึกไม่ยอมรับพฤติกรรมทุจริตคอร์รัปชันและการโกงทุกรูปแบบ โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มเด็กและเยาวชน ซึ่งการสร้างค่านิยมที่ถูกต้องนี้จะเป็นรากฐานสำคัญเพื่อทำให้เด็กเติบโตขึ้นเป็นพลเมืองที่มีคุณภาพ และเป็นการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาทุจริตคอร์รัปชันที่ได้ผลที่สุด ศูนย์สาธารณประโยชน์และประชาสังคม และองค์กรเพื่อความโปร่งใสในประเทศไทย จึงได้ดำเนินกิจกรรมเด็กในทุกรูปแบบเพื่อปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกในการรักความถูกต้องและมีความกล้าหาญทางจริยธรรม
ถ้าทุกคนอยากให้ปัญหาเหล่าหมดไป ควรช่วยกันดูแล สอดส่อง และแก้ไขตั้งแต่พวกเขายังเป็นเยาวชน เพื่อให้พวกเขาได้โตไปเป็นผู้ใหญ่ที่ดีของสังคมต่อไป ขอบคุณค่ะ
