จะเห็นได้ว่าชื่อ พระยาพิชัยดาบหัก ก็เรียกขานกันมานานถึง ๒๐๐ กว่าปีแล้ว จนกระทั่งทางจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ได้สร้างอนุสาวรีย์ขึ้นที่หน้าศาลากลางจังหวัดและทางอำเภอพิชัยก็ได้ปั้นรูปพระยาพิชัยดาบหัก ประดิษฐานอยู่ในศาลเจ้าพ่อพระยาพิชัยดาหักอีกด้วย
