การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการกู้ยืมเงินในระบบของพนักงานสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทยและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการหนี้สินในระบบของพนักงานสถานีวิทยุโทรทัศน์แห่งประเทศไทย โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 82 คน จากประชากรทั้งสิ้น 443 คน ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างจะเป็นข้าราชการ พนักงานราชการ ลูกจ้างชั่วคราว และพนักงานจ้างเหมาของรัฐที่มีหนี้สิน ด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ (Stratified sampling) และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสัดส่วน (Proportional Stratified Random Sampling) ตามลำดับ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติแบบพรรณนา (Descriptive statistics) คือ การแจกแจงความถี่(Frequency) อัตราร้อยละ(Percentage) และใช้สถิติไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square) ในการวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระกับตัวแปรตาม

Once this research aims to study the behaviour of an employee's loan system in the radio and television authority of Thailand and the analysis of factors that affect the provision of radio and television employees of Thailand. And using the chi-square test (Chi-Square) in the relationship between dependent and independent variables.
