เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดสอบหาความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยการหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง Index of Congruence (IOC) และค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) ตามวิธีของครอนบาค ( Cronbach)ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.89โดยแบบสอบถามแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน คือ
ตอนที่ 1 เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพของผู้ตอบ มีลักษณะเป็นแบบสำรวจรายการ (Check - list) เพื่อสอบถามเกี่ยวกับระดับชั้นปี และสาขาวิชา
ตอนที่ 2 เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการให้บริการด้านการจัดการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลศรีวิชัย นครศรีธรรมราช ไสใหญ่ ใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบริการวิชาการ ด้านห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติ ด้านระบบสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale)โดยมีคำถามให้เลือก 5 ระดับ คือ ระดับความคิดเห็นมากที่สุด มาก ปานกลาง น้อย และน้อยที่สุด โดยมีเกณฑ์ให้ระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดไปหาน้อยที่สุด คือ 5, 4, 3, 2 และ 1 จำนวน 30 ข้อ66
