ด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่พบ คือในตอนแรกจะพบปํญหาในทุกเรื่องไม่ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องการทำไส้ขนมจีบ การจีบห่อขนมจีบ แป้งแข็ง รสชาติไม่อร่อย ลูกใหญ่เกินไป ขายแล้วขาดทุน ผู้จัดทำจึงได้คิดแก้ไขปัญหาโดยการดัดแปลงสูตรการทำขนมจีบ และฝึกการห่อใหม่ ทำให้มีขนาดเล็กลง ตอนนำไปนึ่งก็พรมน้ำให้มากๆขนมจีบจะได้ไม่แข็งและนิ่มขึ้น มีรสชาติที่อร่อย และที่สำคัญไม่ขาดทุนด้วย

วิธีทำ
1.โขลกรากผักชี กระเทียม ให้ละเอียด
2.ผสมรากผักชีกับหมู มันหมูแข็ง แห้ว ไข่ขาว และเครื่องปรุงรส ถ้าผสมแล้วแห้งเกินไปให้ผสมน้ำ เปล่า 1/4 ถ้วยตวง
3.นำส่วนผสมห่อด้วยแผ่นเกี๊ยว จีบแผ่นเกี๊ยวแล้วนำไปแช่ตู้เย็นสักครู่แล้วแต่งหน้าด้วยไข่แดง พรมน้ำนำไปนึ่งประมาณ 10-15 นาที โรยหน้าด้วยกระเทียมเจียว รับประทานกับชิโฉ่
