องค์การบริหารการพัฒนาพื้นที่พิเศษเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ อพท. เชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วม ประกวดเรียงความการท่องเที่ยวอย่างสร้างสรรค์ เขียนบรรยายอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ภายใต้แนวคิด "อบอุ่นวัฒนธรรมกับการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ด้วยการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์" ชิงรางวัลแพ็กเกจเที่ยวเมืองน่าน มูลค่ารวมกว่า 50,000 บาท

หลักการและเหตุผล
องค์การบริหารพื้นที่พิเศษเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ อพท. มีบทบาทหน้าที่ในการดำเนินงานด้านการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน เป็นหน่วยงานในการกำหนดนโยบายและแผนการบริหารการพัฒนาพื้นที่พิเศษเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ด้วยการประสานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ทั้งส่วนกลางและส่วนท้องถิ่น ภาคเอกชน ประชาชน และสื่อมวลชน เพื่อให้เกิดความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่พิเศษเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนให้เกิดความสมดุล ทั้ง เศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม

อพท. ได้เล็งเห็นถึงศักยภาพ ความสามารถ ผนวกกับความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเยาวชนไทยและคนรุ่นใหม่ จึงเปิดโอกาสให้ นิสิต นักศึกษา และประชาชนทั่วไป ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงแนวคิดผ่านการเขียนถ้อยความบรรยายภายใต้แนวคิด "อบอุ่นวัฒนธรรมกับการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ด้วยการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์"

วัตถุประสงค์
๑. เผยแพร่นโยบายด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์
๒. ปลูกฝังความคิด และกระตุ้นจิตสำนึกด้านการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน

คุณสมบัติของผู้ที่ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด
๑. นักเรียน นิสิต นักศึกษา
๒. ประชาชนทั่วไป

กรอบแนวคิดในการออกแบบ
เขียนบรรยายอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ภายใต้แนวคิด "อบอุ่นวัฒนธรรมกับการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ด้วยการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์"

กติกาการส่งผลงานเข้าประกวด
๑. ผู้สมัครจะต้องเขียนบรรยายความด้วยตนเองเป็นภาษาไทย ความยาวไม่เกินอัตราที่กำหนด หรือเทียบเป็นตัวอักษร Arial หรือ Helvetica หรือ Sans-Serif ขนาด 12 px จำนวน 15-16 บรรทัด
๒. ผลงานการเขียนบรรยายจะต้องใช้ตัวสะกดภาษาไทยอย่างถูกต้อง
๓. ผู้เข้าประกวดสามารถส่งผลงานเป็นรายบุคคลหรือเป็นทีม โดยสามารถส่งผลงานได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวน
๔. ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวด ถือเป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของ อพท. โดย อพท. สามารถนำไปใช้ได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้เจ้าของผลงานรับทราบ และสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ ปรับปรุงแก้ไขเพื่อนำไปใช้ตามความเหมาะสม

เกณฑ์การพิจารณาตัดสินจาก
๑. การสื่อความหมายเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม การท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน ได้เป็นอย่างดี
๒. ตัวสะกดถูกต้องชัดเจนตามหลักภาษาไทย มีความสละสลวย
๓. การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

กำหนดส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดและประกาศผลการตัดสิน
๑. เปิดรับผลงานระหว่าง วันที่ ๒๖ สิงหาคม – ๑๔ กันยายน ๒๕๕๕
